Admission Policy

1. Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for admission, children must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Age: Children must be between the ages of 3 months and 5 years old.
Health Requirements: Children must be in good health and free from any contagious diseases that may pose a risk to themselves or others.
Immunization: Children must have up-to-date immunizations as per the local health authorities’ guidelines.
Parental Consent: Parents or legal guardians must provide written consent for their child’s admission.

To apply for admission to our school, parents or legal guardians must follow the ap-plication process outlined below:

Complete Application Form: Parents or legal guardians must fill out the school’s official application form, providing accurate and relevant information about the child and their family.
Submit Supporting Documents: Along with the application form, parents or legal guardians must submit the following documents:
Birth Certificate: A copy of the child’s birth certificate to verify their age.
Immunization Records: Documentation of the child’s immunization history.
Parental ID: A valid identification document of the parent or legal guardian.
Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee is required at the time of submission.

Admissions to our Early Years School are based on the following criteria:

Availability of Seats: Admission is subject to the availability of seats in the respective age group.
Diversity: We strive to maintain a diverse student body and consider factors such as gender, nationality, and cultural background during the selection process.
Sibling Priority: Preference may be given to siblings of current students, subject to availability.
Special Needs: We are committed to providing an inclusive education environment and accommodate children with special needs, based on our capacity to support their individual requirements.

The selection process is carried out by the school’s admission committee.
The committee reviews the applications and supporting documents to assess the child’s eligibility and alignment with the school’s values and educational philosophy.
Shortlisted candidates may be invited for an interview, as deemed necessary by the school.
The final decision regarding admission rests with the school administration.
Parents or legal guardians will be notified of the admission decision within a specified timeframe.
Upon acceptance, parents or legal guardians are required to complete the enrolment process, which includes providing additional documentation, signing relevant agreements, and paying the required fees.
In case of limited availability of seats, eligible candidates who are not immediately admitted may be placed on a waiting list.
If a seat becomes available, the school will contact the next candidate on the waiting list based on the order of priority.
