When your child joins our nursery, they are assigned a key worker who provides personalized care and plans activities suited to their needs. This helps build a strong bond and ensures your child feels safe and supported.
In the key worker’s absence, another familiar staff member will step in to offer the same level of care. We’re proud that all our staff take the time to know and support every child.
